At the time of booking a deposit of £200 per week is required (£350 for Xmas and New Year weeks). This becomes a good housekeeping deposit at the time of the final rental payment which will be returned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. All we ask is that you leave the house as you find it. The final rental payment is due 10 weeks prior to the arrival date.
We supply bed linen at a cost of £10 per bed per week. We do not supply towels.
